To evidence their personal status, within the bid, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last 5 years,

— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings has been opened, issued by a competent authority,

— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings has been opened, issued by a competent authority,

— Certificate of paid taxes and other public duties issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— Certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction —…

… prohibition to participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and PPP award procedures,

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity,

— Certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

The statement referred to line one of sub-clause 2.2.2 shall be prepared and signed by the economic operator and it does not have to be certified by the competent authority.

The certificates referred to in lines 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of sub-clause 2.2.2 shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the economic operator has been registered. If the above stated documents are not issued in the country in which the economic operator is registered, the Contracting authority shall accept statements made by the economic operators, certified by a competent authority. The above-listed documents shall not be issued more than 6 months back.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Abstract of income sheet of the economic operator for the last 3 financial years from which it can be determined the total income of at least 3 000 000 EUR (euros).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Statement that the metering regulation stations will be made in accordance with stated or equivalent standards from the technical specification.

— Statement of deliveries executed in the last 3 years including values, dates and buyers thereof, proving that the number of yearly deliveries is at least 25 metering regulation stations for natural gas of the same or similar capacity specified in the subject of this public procurement.

— Statement of qualifications and CVs of the key technical personnel in charge for the realization of the contract.

— Description of the manufacturing and technical capacities, research and training facilities as well as the quality control manual describing measures to be taken for manufacturing quality assurance.
