Ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator submits:
— Document for registered activity;
— Decision/Certificate to perform business activity — wholesale of medical devices issued by the Ministry of Health of Republic of Macedonia.
— The characteristics of the offered products should correspond to the requirements defined in the technical specifications.
— The scope of the procurement to meet CE standards or equivalent.
— Mandatory submission of samples in the original packaging with a declaration of the product. If the sample is not in the original packaging, catalogue with same declaration needs to be submitted.
— Proof- Certificate, certificate or other documents of ownership of the CE (CE) mark for quality issued by the competent institutions or equivalent.
