— Statement of the economic operator that in the past 5 years it was not rendered a final judgment for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation by a competent organ that a…

— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered;
— Certificate from the Registry of Penalties for…
… Crimes committed by legal persons that minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him;
… crimes committed by legal persons that a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed over him;
— Confirmation that a final judgment — prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.
Capacity for performing professional activity of economic operator:
— Document for registered activity.
In order to prove its capacity for performing the professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as an evidence that it is registered as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement subject or an evidence that it is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it was registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:
1. The economic operator should have in the past 3 (three) years (2014, 2013 and 2012) concluded contracts with clients for performing the services of maintaining and repair of motor vehicles and to submit at least 3 confirmations for quality performance of the contracts.

2. The economic operator should own equipped service for performing the subject service as follows:
— Minimum 3 (three) hoists with capacity of minimum 2,5 t;
— Minimum 1 channel with channel host;
— Diagnostic OBD device (s) that can register and delete code errors for all vehicles for which the applicant applies;
— Basic mechanical tools;
— Basic electrical tools;
— Gas analyser for petrol and diesel engines;
— Machine for pneumatics change and balance;
— Machine for centering of a vehicle steering system;
— Machine for adding or changing Freon for a cooling system;
— Device for extraction of vehicles;
— Car tinsmith and lacquer basic tool;
— Basic tool for glass change;
— Electronic catalogues for procurement of original spare parts for all vehicles the applicant is applying for;
— Electronic maintaining manuals form the vehicle producers for which the applicant is applying for;
— Software application for electronic registering and analytics for maintaining the vehicles being applied for with a possibility for electronic dossier/history for the maintained vehicle.
The economic operator shall submit a statement confirming that it owns an equipped service in accordance to the subject requirements for proving technical and professional capacity.
3. The economic operator shall submit a Statement that it owns a parking space with minimum 3 parking lots and 24 hour possibility for acceptance of a defective vehicle.
4. The economic operator shall submit a Statement that it owns a warehouse with stock of spare parts and supplies with a possibility that the parts not to be found in the stock to be supplied in a deadline not longer than 10 working days.
5. The economic operator shall submit a statement that it will incorporate original spare parts and supplies or spare parts with equivalent quality that meet the production specifications and standards for quality of the vehicle producer.
6. The economic operator shall submit a statement that it has a full-time professional and technical employees that would be engaged for the realization of the procurement subject, as follows:
— Minimum 2 (two) professionals auto mechanics with high school degree;
— Minimum 1 (one) professional auto electrician with high school degree;
— Minimum 1 (one) professional car plumber;
— Minimum 1 (one) professional car lacquer.
