— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered.
— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him.
— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed over him;
— confirmation that a final judgment — prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.
Document for registered activity
In order to prove its capacity for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as an evidence that it has been registered as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement or evidence that it belongs to relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it has been registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:
1. The economic operator should submit relevant forms as an evidence for established full-time employment with minimum 10 (ten) employees.
2. The economic operator should submit relevant certificate as an evidence for competence and field of activity for minimum 1 (one) employee that owns Prince 2 (Project Management) certificate.
3. The economic operator should submit a relevant statement that the Chief Project Manager nominated by the economic operator, has minimum 10 (ten) years of relevant working experience in the IT industry, of which in the last 5 (five) years he actively works on a project or projects, where he is responsible for project management of operation activities that include: procurement, installation, configuration, integration, implementation, commissioning and support of IT solutions. The statement should contain all relevant data that are related to the project (s) at which the CPM worked on in the last 5 (five) years of his minimum 10 (ten) year relevant working experience in the field of IT industry, such the name of the project, objective of the project and end-user of the project.

THE STATEMENT IS PREPARED AND SIGNED BY THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON OF THE ECONOMIC OPERATOR HIM/HERSELF.
4. The economic operator should submit relevant certificates as an evidence for competence and field of activity for minimum 5 (five) programmers of which minimum 2 (two) programmers that own certificates for work in the offered program language.
5. The economic operator should submit relevant certificate as an evidence for competence and field of activity for minimum 2 (two) certified persons for data base development for the offered platform.
6. The economic operator should submit minimum 5 (five) confirmations/contracts for successfully implemented software systems in the last 3 (three) years, with values, dates and buyers.
7. The economic operator should submit a relevant statement that it has at its disposal a web-based electronic system for reporting defects (held-desk). The statement should contain all relevant data related to the web-based electronic system for reporting defects (held-desk), as well as time availability on daily basis in the course of the whole duration of the contract (how many hours a day will the system be available).
