Извршувањето на услугата е резервирано за одредена професија:

— To accept in one-year period of education three Macedonian doctors specialists in each of the areas of education;

— To provide one mentor for every Macedonian doctor, and this mentor must have PhD in medical sciences, with at least 10 years of professional experience as a specialist and number of successful operations/ interventions in the area of training;

— In the first month to enable and organize for our doctors to work on cadaver, animals or in the simulation center (if available) and to have appropriate theory lessons;

— In the next 2 months, it is expected, our doctor to have the opportunity to work as mentor's second assistant;

— In the next 3 months, is expected, our doctor to have the opportunity to work as mentor's first assistant;

— In the last 6 months, is expected, our doctor to work as a main surgeon (under mentor's surveillance);

— In the area of neonatalogy is expected throughout the one-year training and after the appropriate theoretical training, our doctor to work consistently with the mentor;

— To provide for Macedonian doctors, at least one 24 hour shift during the week;

— Actively assist in the procedure for obtaining a temporary license for our doctor; to provide a licence before the arrival of the Macedonian doctors and before the beginning of the education at the university clinic;

— To prepare a report for the fulfilled training and to submit this report to the Ministry of Health, in which particular will evaluate the success of education, the number of performed procedures/operations and their success, the professionalism of the Macedonian doctors and assessment of their competence to independently work the same procedures, for which they had the advanced focused training;

— to grant a certificate for the realized education;

— to assist in providing accommodation for the Macedonian doctors, which is covered by the Ministry of Health;

— to pay special financial compensation for the mentor as a reward for a one-year education of the Macedonian doctor.
