— certificate that bankruptcy proceeding is not open by a competent authority;
— certificate that liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority;
— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;
— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal…
… persons, that it was not rendered minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding agreements on public procurement and agreements for public-private partnership;
… persons that it was not rendered minor penalty for temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activity;
— certificate that it was not rendered misdemeanor sanction — prohibition to perform profession, activity or duty i.e. temporary prohibition to perform certain activity;

— Statement about the technical equipment and ability of the economic operator for provision of the specific procurement and provision of quality of the procurement;
— List of procurements/services performed in the last 3 years, with values, dates and users and certificates from the users;
— Minimum 1 agreement on maintenance of the hardware equipment with an individual value of min. 50 000,00 EUR in the last 3 years;
— Experts supported by certificates for installation, maintenance and management of the information equipment and possessed by the employees in the office in the R. Macedonia, in the company that applies at the Notice;
— The Bidder should have employees with the following technical knowledge (M1/M2 from the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia should be delivered as evidence, as well as certificates issued by the appropriate equipment manufacturer):
— At least 1 (one) certified person for the server equipment that is subject to maintenance (BladeCenter Fundamentals Test, Servicing IBM System x Servers Test) with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM),
— At least 1 (one) certified person for central storage with at least one of the following certificates:
— IBM Certified Systems Expert – DS4000 Technical,
— IBM Certified Specialist – High-End Disk for Open Systems,
— IBM Certified Specialist – High End Disk Solutions,
— IBM Certified Specialist – Open System Storage Solutions, with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM)
— IBM High Volume Storage Fundamentals
— At least 1 (one) certified person for database administration:
a) Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate, Oracle Database SQL Certified Specialist, Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop
b) Oracle Database SQL Expert
— At least 1 (one) certified person for IBM Blade Center with at least one of the following certificates: (IBM BladeCenter H workshop, IBM BladeCenter Specialist), with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM),
— At least 1 (one) certified person for network equipment that is subject to maintenance with at least one of the following certificates: (CCNP-Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Design Associate – CCDA, Cisco Routing and Switching Solutions Specialist, Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)), with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (Cisco Systems),
