Извршување на договорот
Извршувањето на услугата е резервирано за одредена професија:
— Document for registered professional activity,
— license to prepare urban plans (for parts 1 and 2) in accordance with the Law on Spatial and Urban Planning,
— B License to design, in accordance with the Law on Construction (for part 3),
— B License for revision of project documentation in accordance with the Law on Construction (for part 4),
— confirmation for passing professional exam for the acquisition of professional knowledge of strategic assessment of the environment, and to be included in the List of experts for strategic assessment of the environment (for part 5),
— license to perform geodetic works in accordance with the Real Estate Cadastre Law (for part 6).
