The procurement involves servicing and maintenance of all illumination units placed in the National Arena Philip II Makedonski — Skopje as are spotlights for illumination of the terrain and the running track, iodic spotlights for illumination of the stands in case of disruption in electricity supply, spotlights for illumination of the servicing street, access corridors, access bridges with their accompanying components (bulbs, dampers, sockets, switches, breakers etc.) fluorescent lights placed at the exists of the stands, in the sanitary knots, the administrative area of the stadium, the VIP hall, the premises of the Macedonian Olympic Committee, the locker rooms, accesses and staircase areas with their components (fluorescent tubes, dampers, entire reinforcements), breakers, socket keys and other elements within the electrical installations, as well as maintenance and servicing of the computer that is used for handling the spotlights.

For the purpose of proving its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:
— Statement by the economic operator that it has not been pronounced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority;
— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority;
— Certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established;
— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal deeds done by legal entities that no sanction has been pronounced to the…

— Report on the Statement of Accounts certified by a competent authority, i.e., revised Statement of Accounts, or excerpts from the report on the Statement of Accounts in cases when announcement of the Statement of Accounts is prescribed by the law of the country where the economic operator is registered, for the last 3 years — 2012, 2013 and 2014.

— Minimal total income for the last three years amounting to 4 000 000 denars in the field of maintenance of electrical equipment and installations.
Техничка и професионална способност:
Necessary documents for proving the technical and professional ability of the Economic Operator:
Declaration by the Economic Operator regarding professional engagement of at least 5 (five) persons with enclosed M1 and M2 forms;
Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience shall be proved from the document on registered activity — DRD form with the current state.
