— Hygiene maintenance at stands (4),

— Sanitary knots,
— Servicing street,
— Machine cleaning of floor areas,
— Cleaning of wall areas and equipment in the sanitary knots,
— Transportation of garbage from the cleaned area as per type and quantity according to the given specification with description of items.
Hygiene maintenance of the ‘National Arena Philip II Makedonski — Skopje’. Cleaning of stands from garbage and trash, sweeping of access corridors, cleaning and emptying of the existing trash bins for spectators and placement of new clean trash sacks, dusting of seats before a match, washing of the access corridors under the north stand, cleaning of sanitary knots in the north, south, east and west stands, as well as in the VIP hall and the administrative area of the stadium.

For the purpose of proving its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— Statement by the economic operator that it has not been pronounced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a Competent Authority;

— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a Competent Authority;

— Certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the Competent Authority in the country where that economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal deeds done by legal entities that no sanction has been pronounced to the…

… economic operator regarding prohibition of participation in public announcement procedures, award of public contracts and public-private partnership contracts;

… Economic Operator regarding temporary or permanent prohibition of performance of individual activity;

— Certificate that the Economic Operator has not been pronounced, by an effective court decision, a sanction for misdemeanour resulting in prohibition of pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition of performance of individual activity.

Ability of the Economic Operator to pursue the professional activity:

— Document on registered activity. It is necessary that the firm has registered activity related to the subject of procurement.

— Document on Registered Activity (DRD) form (firm registered for hygiene maintenance).

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Necessary documents for proving the economic standing of the Economic Operator:

— Report on the Statement of Accounts certified by a Competent Authority, i.e. revised Statement of Accounts or excerpts from the report on the Statement of Accounts in cases when announcement of the Statement of Accounts is prescribed by the law of the country where the economic operator is registered, for the last 3 years — 2012, 2013 and 2014.

— Excerpt from the total turnover of the enterprise (data from the Profit and Loss Account issued by a competent authority, i.e. revised Profit and Loss Account) for the last 3 years — 2012, 2013 and 2014 and where appropriate, from the turnover in the field covered with the public contract, for the last financial years at the most for which such data are available depending on the date on which the enterprise was founded or started to operate and depending on the availability of such data.

Minimal criteria for definition of the economic and financial standing of the Economic Operator:

— Minimal total income for the last 3 years amounting not less than 4 000 000 MKD in the field (firm registered for hygiene maintenance).

Техничка и професионална способност:

Necessary documents for proving the technical and professional ability of the Economic Operator:

— Copies M1 and M2 forms of the employees;

— Copy of the permit for registered activity;

— Collection of communal garbage and trash.

Minimum criteria for definition of technical and professional capacity:

— Minimum 5 employees professionally recruited for hygiene maintenance;

— Permit for registered activity;

— Collection of communal garbage and trash.
