In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty, ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty, temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict;

Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:
— Copy of Contract for using minimum 1 global reservation system (Amadeus, Galileo or other relevant global reservation system).
— Confirmation of having minimum 1 reservation terminal for airline tickets.
— Proof of having sold minimum 2 000 segments during the last year.
— Proof of having at least 2 (two) regular employees (М1/М2) forms.
— Proof (copy of certificate/license) that the employees possess a certificate /license for having passed training on working with a global reservation system, issued by an authorized Learning centre or a learning centre of the airline companies — members of the IATA association.

The economic operator proves the compliance with the standards of sub-item 2.5.1 by submitting:
— Copy of the IATA certificate for membership of the agency and using BSP for the current year.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:
— Contract for using minimum 1 global reservation system (Amadeus, Galileo or other relevant global reservation system).
— Minimum 1 reservation terminal for airline tickets.
— To have sold minimum 2 000 segments during the last year.
— At least 2 (two) regular employees.
— The employees to possess a certificate /license for having passed training on working with a global reservation system, issued by an authorized Learning centre or a learning centre of the airline companies — members of the IATA association.
In order to qualify as capable of performing the subject contract on public procurement, from the aspect of standards for quality systems, the economic operator needs to meet the following standards:
— IATA certificate for membership of the agency and using BSP for the current year.

The contracting authority not will require the group of bidders to join in a special legal form if they are chosen as the carrier of the contract in a form of a separate legal entity registered for the activity.
