IV.2.1) In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past 5 years for participation in a crime organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offences of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced;

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced;

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

IV.2.2) Capability of the economic operator for performing professional activity:

— Document for registered activity.

In order to prove the capability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity, as a proof that the economic operator is registered as a natural person or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or proof of membership in the relevant professional association in accordance with regulations in the country where the economic operator is registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Balance sheet verified by a competent body i.e. an audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet, in cases when the disclosure of the balance sheet is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered (2012, 2013 and 2014);

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Positive financial operation in the last three years of the economic operator (2012, 2013 and 2014 total).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of published translated titles (published translations in Macedonian language from foreign authors) of the bidder in the last 3 years, by specifying the title of the publication, the publisher, year of publishing, the language of the book for which translation is provided.

— Certificate for the number of persons employed in regular labour relation at the bidder (competent body in the Republic of Macedonia for issuing a certificate for the number of employees is the Employment Agency of RM), not older than 1 month.

— Statement with which the bidder states that if selected as most favourable bidder, he will provide high-quality publication, in accordance with the technical specifications of the tender documentation.

— Notification for the contract elements the economic operator intends to assign to the subcontractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Minimum 30 titles of books published in the last 3 years (published translations in Macedonian from foreign language in 2014, 2013, 2012);

— At least 5 persons employed in regular labour relation at the bidder.
