Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Documents necessary in order to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— Statement on the employed technical staff under constant health and hygiene control with a copy of sanitary passbook.

— Statement and description of the premises earmarked for the storage of goods.

— Statement for the possession of transport vehicles designated for the transport of goods, with a cooling device-termoking, with a photocopy of driving license.

Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— To have at disposal technical staff in charge of the implementation of the procurement — minimum of two employees.

— To have at disposal designated and hygienic facilities for storing goods with mandatory cooling chambers — at least one room each — refrigerator for the maintenance of fresh meat (0 ºC to 4 ºC) and a refrigerator for keeping frozen meat (below -18 ºC).

— To have at disposal a designated transport vehicles for the transport of goods — termoking — at least one transport vehicle for the transportation of fresh and frozen meat.
