To prove his personal situation, the Economic Operator shall submit the following documents:
— statement submitted by the Bidder that in the last 5 years effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering was not pronounced against it,
— certificate that no bankruptcy procedure was opened by a competent authority,
— certificate that no liquidation procedure was opened by a competent authority,
— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by a competent authority of the country where the Economic Operator is registered,
— certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal offences committed by legal persons that auxiliary penalty for…
… prohibition to participate in procedures of public invitation, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership was not imposed against it,
… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity was not imposed against it,
— certificate that a sanction for misdemeanour resulting in prohibition for pursuing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing certain activity was not pronounced against it with an effective court decision.
To prove the ability to pursue the professional activity, the Ecomnomic Operator shall present a relevant document for registered activity issued by a competent authority as proof that it is registered as a natural or legal person to carry out the activity related to the subject-matter of the public procurement contract or evidence that it is affiliated in professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

The Bidder shall be registered Telecommunications Operator in the Agency for Electronic Communications.
— The Bidder shall provide user support 24x7x365 to a free phone number and online ticketing system.
— The Bidder shall hold Certifiers of network, system and virtual technologies, as well as have certified persons in the area of information security and project management.
The bidder shall have at least:
— 1 person certified on networks in the area (technology) of the proposed solution,
— 1 person certified as system administrator, in the area (technology) of the proposed solution,
— 1 person certified on a virtual platform, on the platform (technology) of the proposed solution,
— 1 person certified in the area of information security,
— 1 person certified in the area of project management,
— the bidder shall have previous experience in providing integrated data services and rental services of data centers.
