The contracting authority shall organize site visit on 13.2.2015 at 11:00 am. Interested economic operators may review the main revised project in the period from 16-22.2.2015, i.e. in the period from 12:00 until 14:00. The contracting authority shall organize clarification meeting in its premises on str. Dame Gruev, no. 12, 1000 Skopje.

— certificate by the Register of sentences for committed crimes of legal entities that a secondary sentence temporary or permanent prohibition on performing a certain activity, has not been imposed, and

— certificate that a misdemeanor sanction resulting in prohibition for practising profession, performing activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing a particular activity has not been imposed by a legally valid court.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: Annual revenues in the amount of at least EUR 975 509.83 in the last 3 years.

To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement of work in terms of its technical or professional capacity, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. The economic operator must have performed construction or reconstruction of at least 1 administrative, administrative or business building in the last 3 years (2014, 2013 and 2012), with a total net area of the same or not less than 2 000 m².

2. The economic operator must have highly skilled staff that will be hired for the implementation of the procurement, including:

— chief engineer for executing the works;

— Head of Construction;

— engineer architect with experience over 10 (ten) years and a License A of performance issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers of Republic of Macedonia that has experience as head of at least 2 constructions of buildings in the last 5 years in the country or abroad, and whose individual net area is not less than 2 000 m² (attached to the tender documentation);

— at least 1 construction engineer with License A of performance issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers of Macedonia (attached to the tender documentation);

— at least 1 graduate mechanical engineer with License A of performance issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers of Macedonia (attached to the tender documents), which will be responsible for the performance of thermal — technical and thermal power plants;

— at least 1 graduate electrical engineer with License A of performance issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers of Macedonia (attached to the tender documents), which will be responsible for the performance of low voltage electrical installations;

— at least 1 construction engineer with License A of performance issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers of Macedonia (attached to the tender documents), which will be responsible for the performance of hydro technical installations.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

Bank guarantee in the amount of 3 % of the tender price shall be required as tender guarantee. The remaining guarantees to be used during contract execution are detailed in the tender documentation.

No legal form shall be required from the group of economic operators if selected as winner.

The economic operator should provide a document for its registered business activity, and License A for construction according to Macedonian legislation. Foreign economic operators should follow the relevant provisions of the Law on Public Procurement and the Law on Construction in order to meet this condition.
