Scope of the contract repairs of damaged public traffic areas (roads) in the municipality of Kumanovo. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the technical specifications — bill of quantities attached to this tender documentation.
The subject of the contract is divided into parts as defined in the technical specifications. The bidder may bid for 1, several or all parts of the subject of the contract. The bidder can not divide the individual part. For each part of the subject of the contract will conduct a special auction via the electronic procurement system (https://www.e-nabavki.gov.mk). The subject of each auction will be the total price including all costs and discounts, excluding VAT for each part of the subject of the contract.

To prove the capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a legal entity conducting activities related to the subject of the contract or evidence of relevant professional belongs association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:
The economic operator shall prove the fulfilment of the minimum requirements by submitting:
— A description of the technical equipment of the economic operator.
— Statement on the technical staff regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement from the aspect of its technical or professional ability, the economic operator should meet the following minimum requirements:
— Circular cutting asphalt and concrete, vibration frog, backhoe, trucks min. 2, graders, finishers, large rubber roller, a small metal roller, a large metal drum, have owned or have contracted to use the asphalt (for the smooth supply of asphalt on the subject of procurement). (Respective minimum requirements relating to each part of the supply separately)

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:
1. Condition for signing the contract with the winning bidder is providing a guarantee by the winning tenderer for performance of the contract in the amount of 15 % of the contract value.
2. Bid guarantee
As part of the bid, the economic operator must provide a tender guarantee (guarantee of participation) in the amount of at least 3 % of the total value of the offer without VAT.
The guarantee is in the form of a bank guarantee. The contracting authority shall accept all banks
The guarantee should be submitted in its original form. Copies are not accepted. The guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the date of expiry of the offer. Any offer that does not contain a bid guarantee or includes a bid guarantee which is not in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation will be rejected by the contracting authority as unacceptable.

The bid guarantee of the unsuccessful economic operators will be returned within 7 days after signing the contract with the most favourable economic operator.
The bid guarantee may be invoked if the bidder withdraws its bid before the expiration of the period of its validity, does not accept the correction of arithmetic errors by the Commission, did not sign the contract in accordance with the terms of the tender documentation and does not provide performance guarantee of the contract.
