Report of the balance sheet and the data from the income statement for the last 3 years with appropriate statements from banks;

— Statement of overall turnover (data from the income statement issued by competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and where appropriate, of turnover in the area that is covered by the contract and for the most recent three financial years for which such data is available, depending on the date on which the company was founded and began to work and depending on the availability of such information;

— Evidence of relevant insurance professional risk (policy insurance from an insurance company with a limit of 5 000 EUR).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: Bank statement for the last 3 years — Valid Insurance professional risk.
Техничка и професионална способност:

Statement about the technical equipment that the economic operator is available to perform specific job specification for the type and number of technical equipment. Proof of ownership of vehicles owned by the carrier or leasing agreement needed to perform transport of all relations (list of vehicles with the number of seats that will be engaged in service performance):

— Statement of the economic operator for the average annual number of employees and the number of professional staff in the past 3 years and a certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social policy expert for employees' safety.

— List of staff — professional staff who will be engaged to execute the contract with delivering — M1 / M2 form of employed professional staff who will be involved in the implementation contract and a copy of the driver's license of an appropriate category for each driver.

— License for transport and special bus lines, issued by competent authority (copy signed and verified by the bidder).

— Certificate of license for public transport in the inner road for each vehicle (copy signed and certified by the supplier) and

— Evidence — Certificate to meet specific technical — exploitation conditions and technical features for each vehicle (copy signed and certified by the supplier) and

— Statement on the technical staff and technical authorities, particularly those responsible for quality whether or not they belong directly to the economic operator.

— List of major services providers made in the last three years, with values, dates, contracting authorities and economic operators by providing relevant service, services issued by the recipients or declaration by the economic operator for services rendered.

— Elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to give to subcontractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Appropriate Technical equipment, vehicles — buses in sufficient number needed to perform transportation of students that meet the technical and exploitation conditions for this type of transport.

Appropriate number of employees and qualified personnel employed expert for Security Work.

— Educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or his professional staff, especially the persons responsible for providing the particular service.

— Technical personnel who will be involved in the implementation of the agreement.

— Experience of relevant services previously performed and successfully realized — to meet certain conditions of carriage of passengers pursuant to transport .

— Road traffic Official newspaper no. (68/04, 127/06, 114/09, 83/10, 140/10, 17/11, 53/11, 6/12, 23/13, 120/13, 163/13, 187/13, 42 / 14.112 / 14 and 166/14).
