… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— in the last 3 (three) years (2012, 2013, 2014) it has not recorded any loss in its operations and has generated revenues of at least 30 000 000 (thirty million denars) MKD;

— if the economic operator has been performing its business activities for a period less than 3 (three) years, for the duration of said period it has not recorded any loss in its operations and has generated revenues of at least 10 000 000 (ten million denars) MKD.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— report on the Balance Sheet notarized by a competent authority, that is to say, audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases where the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered, and

— excerpt from the overall turnover of the company (data from the Income Statement issued by a competent authority, that is to say, audited Income Statement), and where relevant, from the turnover of the field covered by the public procurement contract, for the last 3 years for which such information is available, depending on the date when the company was established or commenced its operation, and depending on the availability of said information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— prior successfully implemented contracts for delivery of goods that are subject matter of this procurement;

— technical facilities required for quality performance of the procurement subject matter;

— the offered product that is subject matter has to be manufactured in accordance with the standards of the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation (ETRTO) ‘or equivalent’ thereof.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— list of main deliveries of the bidders or candidates performed in the last 3 years, including amounts, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by providing at least 3 (three) certificates for completed deliveries issued by the recipients or, if such certificates cannot be obtained due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only a statement by said economic operator on the completed deliveries;

— description of the technical facilities and capabilities of the economic operator, measures for quality assurance and its facilities and capabilities;

— statement by the economic operator that it has at its disposal the technical staff required for successful performance of the procurement subject matter;

— certificate or statement that the offered product, which is procurement subject matter, is manufactured in accordance with the standards of the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation (ETRTO) ‘or equivalent’ thereof.
