— Document (Approval) that the economic operator, i.e. its representative offices are registered for performing the activity stated in the tender, and it can perform wholesales activities regarding medical devices as prescribed with the Law on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices, issued by the Ministry of Health in RM-Drugs Bureau or other valid document issued by an authority in the country where the tenderer is registered.
