In order to prove its personal situation, the economic operator should provide the following documents — statement by the economic operator than it has not been sentenced, in the last 5 years, with effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering:

— certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority;

— certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority;

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established;

— certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction —…

… prohibition to participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and PPP award procedures;

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity;

— certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Balance sheets certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheets where publication of the balance sheet is designated by law in the country in which the economic operator is registered; and — statement of the total turnover (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and, where appropriate, company's turnover in the area covered by the contracted public procurement, for the last 3 years available for such information, depending on the date on which the company was founded or started work and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Hasn't had any losses in the last 3 (three) years (2013, 2014 and 2015 years) and profited in total revenue of at least 30 000 000 (thirty million) MKD, — If the economic operator operates in period of time less than 3 (three) years, during the years of operating the activity it hadn't had any loss and had a total income of at least 10 000 000 MKD (ten million denars).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of deliveries effected in the past 3 years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by providing three (3) certificates of deliveries issued by the recipients or, if such certificates can not be provided by reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only a personal statement of deliveries.

— Description of the technical equipment needed for a quality performance of the subject of public procurement.

— Statement given by the economic operator that provides technical staff required for the successful implementation of the subject of procurement.

— A certificate or a statement that the offered product which is the subject of the procurement has been manufactured in accordance with the standards of the association of European Tires Producers (ETRTO), ‘or equivalent’.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Earlier successfully completed contracts for deliveries of goods which are subject to the procurement.

— Technical equipment needed for a quality performance of the subject of public procurement.

— To provide available technical personnel required for the implementation of the procurement.

— The offered product which is the subject of procurement must have been produced in accordance with the standards of the Association of European Tires Producers (ETRTO) ‘or equivalent’.
