Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

For proving the personal condition, the economic operator must submit the following documents:

— statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years it was not sentenced with an effective verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— certificate that no insolvency procedure is open by an adequate authority;

— certificate that no liquidation procedure is open by an adequate authority;

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public charges by an adequate authority from the country where the economic operator is registered;

— certificate from the Register of penalties for performed criminal acts of the legal entities, that it was not sentenced with a minor penalty for participation in procedures for open invitation, awarding agreements on public procurement and public-private partnership agreements;

— certificate by the Register of penalties for performed criminal acts of the legal entities that it was not sentenced with a minor penalty — temporary or permanent prohibition for performance of a certain activity and

— certificate that with an effective verdict it was not sentenced with a sanctioned offence and– prohibition for performing profession, business activity or duty, that is, temporary prohibition for performing certain activity.

Document for registered activity,

To possess license A for contractor of first category building in accordance with the Construction Law of RM.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Balance sheet statement and data on operating results for the last 3 years certified by competent authority.

— Certificate issued by bank by which the bank approves credit to the bidder of 400 000 EUR at minimum, for duration equal to the period of full project implementation, or other prove of liquid assets.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

= The minimum overall revenue for the last 3 years shall amount not less than 500 000 000 MKD.

— The bidder should prove that they have at disposal or have access to a minimum 400 000 EUR financial resources/liquid assets required for works completion.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copies of authorizations A for three civil engineers issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers,

— Copies of authorizations B for two civil engineers issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers,

— Copies of authorizations A for one engineer for performance in the domain of architecture, issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers,

— Copy of authorization A for mechanical engineer, issued by the Chamber of authorized architects and engineers,

— Copies of М1/М2 forms for civil engineers, architect, and mechanical.

— List of professional technical personnel for the execution of the subject procurement,

— Copies of М1/М2 forms for the additional staff (at least three (3) civil work construction technicians, at least 2 (two) plumbers, at least 2 (two) electricians, at least 3 (three) welders, at least 1 (one) workers for heat system, at least 10 (ten) masons, and at least 1 (one) driver for heavy machinery.

— List of additional staff for the execution of the subject procurement,

— Certificate by competent authority on the number of employees issued not less than 15 days before the date set as deadline for bids submission,

— Copy of two completed contracts of same or similar scope in the past 3 year,

— Copy of completed contracts with value not lower than 50 000 000 MKD.

Certificates should contain value, time and location of works execution (in case they do not contain such data, copies of the relevant contracts or document for technical acceptance containing the required information or other appropriate document should be submitted).

Evidence of possession or availability of the required equipment:

— mounting scaffold of 1 500 m

— at least 1 crane with a height to 10 m, and

— at least 2 dump trucks,

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

To have the following engineering staff at disposal:

— 3 civil engineers with authorization А,

— 2 civil engineers with authorization B,

— 1 architects with authorization А,

— 1 mechanical engineer with authorization A,

To have the following additional staff at disposal:

— at least three (3) civil work construction technicians,

— at least 2 (two) plumbers,

— at least 2 (two) electricians,

— at least 3 (three) welders,

— at least 1 (one) workers for heat system,

— at least 10 (ten) masons, and

— at least 1 (one) driver for heavy machinery.

— To have at least 50 (fifty) full time employees.

— Previously to have minimum 2 completed project width same or similar works in the past 3 years,

— To have minimum one completed project width values not less than 50 000 000 MKD

— To have the following equipment at disposal:

— mounting scaffold of 1 500 m

— at least 1 crane with a height to 10 m, and

— at least 2 dump trucks.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

Guarantee for the bid: 3.00 %.

Performance guarantee 15 % of the valued on signed contract.

Payment will be done in 60 days upon receipt of an approved monthly payment request.
