— Technical staff that is directly employed by the economic operator, i.e. at least 20 employees out of which at least 2 civil engineers a Class ‘B’ license and at least 1 architects, as evidenced by submission of the licenses and a certificate of the total number of employees issued by the Agency for Employment of the Republic of Macedonia and submission of M1/M2 form;
