In order to prove the ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit the following documents:
— Document for registered activity, as an evidence that it is registered as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the Public Procurement Contract, or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in compliance with the regulations of the country it is registered in;

— License A issued by the ministry which is competent for affairs of providing temporary employments for the entire term of the contract in accordance with legal requirements.
