— Copy of ISO 9001-2008 certificate or equivalent thereof;

— Copy of ISO 27000 certificate or equivalent thereof.

… alphanumeric documentation with storing in a database of a public institution of RM, for at least 300 000 pages, performed in a timely and quality manner, in the last 3 (three years), issued by the respective contracting authorities,

… spatial documentation with geo-referencing and storing in a spatial database, for at least 50 spatial maps, of a public institution of RM, performed in a timely and quality manner, in the last 3 (three years), issued by the respective contracting authorities,

— M1/M2 forms or service contracts for the required 10 (ten) persons who will work on providing the service — recording, digitalisation, and archiving, and

— M1/M2 forms or service contracts with the required persons possessing the required professional certificates referred to in item 2.4.1, indents 4, 5, 6, and 7, including copies of said certificates.

… DMC expert for an EMC software platform with an EMC Proven Professional System Administration certificate,

… GIS expert for the ESRI platform with an ESRI System Design Strategies or ESRI ARC SDE Administration certificate,

… with an EMC Technology Architect Solution Specialist or EMC Proven Professional Technology Architect certificate.
