For measurement of the interior area of individual and common parts of a building or other structures: flat, basement, underground garage, garaging place, business premises and other in function of entering them/making changes in the cadastre of real estates, b. For measurement of interior area including also measurement of outline of buildings and other structures: family residential house, business structure, pools, fishponds, silos, reservoir, built additional storey/enlargement, auxiliary structure (garage/garaging place,sheds,woodsheds, etc) and other, irrespective of the number of individual structures at stake in function of entering them/making changes in the cadastre of real estates, c) For measurement of open area of structures of the type of dams, solar power plants, open sport playgrounds, parks, squares, parking areas, green areas, structures for separation of material for production of concrete, concrete plants,asphalt plan.....

Ability of the Economic Operator to pursue the professional activity:

— Document on registered activity.

Registered activity related to the subject of procurement is necessary — Document on Registered Activity Form (DRD form) and License for performance of geodetic works in accordance with the Law on Cadastre of Real Estates (Official Gazette of RM no. 55/2013) (copy certified and signed by a legal entity).

For the purpose of proving its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— Statement by the economic operator that it has not been pronounced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal deeds done by legal entities that no sanction has been pronounced to the…

… economic operator regarding prohibition of participation in public announcement procedures, award of public contracts and public-private partnership contracts;

… Economic Operator regarding temporary or permanent prohibition of performance of individual activity;

— Certificate that the Economic Operator has not been pronounced, by an effective court decision, a sanction for misdemeanor resulting in prohibition of pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e., temporary prohibition of performance of individual activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Report on the Statement of Accounts certified by a competent authority, i.e., revised Statement of Accounts, or excerpts from the report on the Statement of Accounts in cases when announcement of the Statement of Accounts is prescribed by the law of the country where the economic operator is registered.

— Excerpt from the total turnover of the enterprise (data from the Profit and Loss Account issued by a competent authority, i.e., revised Profit and Loss Account) and where appropriate, from the turnover in the field covered with the public contract, for the last three financial years at the most for which such data are available depending on the date on which the enterprise was founded or started to operate and depending on the availability of such data.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimal criteria for definition of the economic and financial standing of the Economic Operator:

— Positive operation in the last three years (2012, 2013 and 2014).

Техничка и професионална способност:

Necessary documents for proving the technical and professional ability of the Economic Operator:

— List of realized services related to the subject of procurement in the last 3 years reading: type of service, time of performance of the service, location and employer.

— Minimum three realized contracts in the last 3 years, of the same type as the subject of procurement from the list;

— Minimum three certificates (recommendations) on high quality and timely performed works issued by former employers related to the submitted contracts from the list.

— Declaration by the Economic Operator about having minimum 4 (four) employees, staff stated by names and surnames, to be engaged in the realization of the subject of procurement, out of whom 2(two) employees shall be graduated geodetic engineers with a license for a licensed surveyor.

— License for a licensed surveyor for the graduated geodetic engineers (stated in the declaration about professional staff), copy certified and signed by a legal entity.

— M1/M2 form for the persons stated in the declaration to be engaged in the realization of the subject of procurement.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for definition of the technical and professional standing of the Economic Operator:

— The bidder has to have realized minimum 3 (three) contracts of the same kind as the subject of procurement from the list for the last three (3) years.

— The bidder must have at least 3 (three) certificates (recommendations) on high quality and timely performed works issued by former employers related to the submitted contracts from the list.

— Minimum 4 (four) employees to be engaged with the realization of the subject of procurement out of whom two should be graduated geodetic engineers with a License for a licensed surveyor in accordance with the Law on Cadastre of Real Estates (Official Gazette of RM no. 55/2013) for the graduated geodetic engineers.
