In order to demonstrate their status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— Declaration by the economic operator that in the last five years he was not pronounced a verdict for

participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that it is not a subject to bankruptcy procedure of the competent authority- A confirmation that no

bankruptcy proceeding is issued by a competent authority;

— Confirmation that it is not a subject to winding of the competent authority;

— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in

which the economic operator is registered,

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that it has not been imposed a

minor penalty ban on participation in public bidding procedures, granting contracts and agreements for public private

partnership;

minor penalty- temporary or permanent prohibition for performing professional activity;

— Confirmation that it has not imposed a sanction by verdict — prohibition on performing a profession, activity or

duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

— In order to prove the ability of performing the activity, the economic operator should submit a document

of registered activity, as a physical entity or legal entity as an evidence for performing the activity related to

the subject of the Public procurement contract, or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional

association in compliance with the regulations of the country it is registered in.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Positive report for the past year, of not less than

22 100 000 MKD, for which there is official data,

and

— Generated annual revenues for the past year for which there is official data, of not less than 22 100 000 MKD.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Report on the balance sheets certified by a Competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheets in cases where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country the economic operator is registered in, and;

— Extract from the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and where appropriate; of turnover in the area covered by the procurement contract, mostly for the last financial year for which such data exist, depending on the date when the company was founded or started work and depending on the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— economic operator should have a vehicle maintenance service over the duration of the lease agreement on the entire territory of the Republic Macedonia.

— Declaration by the economic operator for provided service and maintenance of vehicles over the duration of the lease agreement on the entire territory of the Republic Macedonia.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

Warrantee for quality performance of the contract in the amount of 5,00 % of the Contract value.

The following way of payment is provided: Financial leasing in 72 monthly instalments, the first o which is 15 %

of the value of the procurement contract, according to the amortization schedule of repayment.

The method of payment is mandatory. Any bid that contains a payment method different from the one specified

in this section will be deemed as unacceptable and as such will be rejected by the Public Procurement

Committee.

The appeals procedure shall be initiated by filing a complaint or a request for cancellation of the award of a public contract for failure documentation to the State Commission in accordance with Article 222. Appeal will be filed within eight days of:

— The announcement of the award of a public contract in terms of information, actions or failure to take action by the announcement,

— Opening of the bids in respect to actions or failures to undertake actions related to the tender documentation, i.e. the bid opening.
