IV.2.1) To evidence their personal situation economic operators shall present the documents as follows:

- Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last five years;

- Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;

- Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;

- Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered;

- Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been…

IV.2.2) Capacity to perform professional activity of economic operators

2) Permit for conducting insurance activities in the respective class of insurance subject of the public procurement.

IV.2.4) Technical and professional capacity of economic operators.

Documents necessary to establish to establish the technical and professional capacity of the economic operator:

— Reinsurance program which according to the insurance rating of the reinsurance leader by Standard and Poor's Rating shall be at least A. Statement of the authorized signatory that for the period from 2014 to 2015, it has total gross paid (liquidated damages) of at least MKD 200 000 000 MKD. Statement from an authorized signatory that it has a total income on the account of gross premiums written for 2014 and 2015 in amount of 600 000 000 MKD per year. Decision for exercising insurance business activity issued by the competent state authority.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria to establish to establish the technical and professional capacity of the economic operator:

— It shall have a valid agreement with a Reinsurance company with rating of insurance for the reinsurance leader of at least A- according to the publication of the rating agency Standard and Poor's Rating or equivalent to such rating agency- for the period from 2014 to 2015, to have gross paid (liquidated damages) per year of at least 200 000 000 MKD- to have a total income on the account of gross premiums written for 2014 and 2015 of at least 600 000 000 MKD per year- to hold a license, i.e. a decision for exercising activity related to the subject of the procurement issued by a competent authority.
