— Confirmation of paid taxes and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the economic operator is established.
— Confirmation from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that have been imposed with a penalty for participation in public bidding procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:
The bidder shall submit a signed statement about the seriousness of the offer. Bidder should use the form — statement attached to the tender documentation.
Performance guarantee of the contract.
The selected best bidder is obliged to provide performance guarantee of the contract in the amount of 5 % of the contract value.
