Main collector for wastewater for town of Kocani and village Orizari and part of the sewerage system of Kocani

Detailed design for Main collector for wastewater for town of Kocani and village Orizari and part of the sewerage system of Kocani provides technical solution for the sewerage system which consists of main collector and secondary collectors. Secondary collectors connect the existing combined sewerage network with the main collector which conveys the waste water up to the WWTP.
Main collector, Part 1 has a total length of L=5 208 m. The diameter of the collector increases from DN250 at the start point in Orizari to DN500 at end of collector part-I near Keramidnica. Pipe material is polypropylene, while manholes are polypropylene or reinforcement concrete manholes.
The start point of the main collector part-I is from the last manhole under the bridge over Orizarska River. This manhole is the endpoint from the sewerage network in Orizari. In order to provide connection with the new designed main collector, existing outlet pipe from Orizari is necessary to be connected with the new weir manhole WM1 on the beginning of the main collector. Weir manhole will separate the additional storm water from sewerage water and discharge into Orizarska River. The collector is routed along Orizarska River up to the manhole M4, after that it is routed along the batter peg up to manhole M28 and up to manhole M72 the collector is routed along earth roads, parcel-boundaries and agricultural fields.
Between M84 and M85 the collector crosses Kocanska River where the collector is protected with reinforcement concrete sill. Afterwards the collector is routed along the Kocanska River at a distance of 15 to 20 m from the river bed up to the second river crossing between M111 and M112 where the collector leaves General Urban Plan for Kocani and in a same time this is the end point of Collector Part 1.
Between M73 and M74 the collector crosses a regional road and horizontal drilling will be required for the crossing. Between M93 and M94 the collector crosses the national road Kocani — Vinica and again horizontal drilling is proposed.
At the section between manholes M104 and M105 the collector crosses with storm water collector from the settlement Roza Petrova which discharge collected storm water at Kocanska River.
Existing sewerage network will be directly connected at the main collector at the location where existing outlets are crossing with the route of the main collector (Orizari 1, Orizari 2', Orizari 2a and Zito Oriz) or with extension of the secondary collectors up to the main collector (Orizari 2, 3. Atom, 4.Ruen, 7 Roza Petrova and Keramidnica).
Secondary collectors are completely elaborated within the Detailed Design, but they will not be considered in this Tender procedure.
