IV.2.1) To prove the personal situation, the economic operator should submit the following documents is:
— A statement of the bidder in the last 5 years not a final verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure by the competent authority;
— Confirmation of paid taxes and other public charges from the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;
— Certificate from the Registry of Penalties for Committed Crimes by Legal Entities that
imposed with a ban on participation in public bidding procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership;
has been imposed with a temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activities; and
— A certificate stating that there has not been imposed sanction — ban on performing profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activity.
IV.2.2) Ability to perform professional activity of the economic operator:
Proving the ability to perform professional activity, the bidder shall submit with its bid document for registered activity as proof that it is registered as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the contract or evidence that belongs to a professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Certificate issued by the competent authority for the fulfilment of specific conditions for conducting activities prescribed under law relating to the subject matter of the contract (an appropriate license, permit or certificate).

— To update the geodetic bases, the economic operator should have or hire a person authorized surveyor (pursuant to Article 103 and 104 of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (OG. Gazette No 55/13, 41/14, 115/14, 116/15 and 153/15);

To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement in terms of its economic and financial situation, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:
— Report from balance sheets certified by a competent authority;
— Total turnover for the last 3 years at least: 15 000 000,00 MKD.
Техничка и професионална способност:
The economic operator proves the fulfilment of the minimum requirements of technical or professional ability by submitting:
— Declaration of permanent employees at least seven (7) persons with higher education (Arkitekti) with appropriate evidence of which required 2 (two) with a planners urban planning by giving powers to them;
— Statement on technical equipment and adequate proof of licensed software program on CAD platform.

To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement in terms of its technical or professional ability, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:
— Have at least 7 full-time employees with higher education (Architects) of which required 2 (two) with a planners urban planning;
— Have licensed software program on the CAD platform.
