Statement by the economic operator that it has not been announced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority;

— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority;

— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that a minor penalty…

… ban on participation in procedures for public announcements, awarding of public procurement contracts and contracts for public private partnership has not been imposed;

… temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activity has not been imposed;

— Certificate that it has not been announced any sanctions for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. in a temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

Document proving a registered business.

— License for performing geodetic activities in compliance with the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (Official Gazette of RM No 55/13, 41/14, 115/14, 116/15, 153/15, 192/15 and 61/16);

— License for an Authorized Assessor in the field of agriculture, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy according to the Assessment Law (Off. Gazette of RM No 115/10, 158/11, 185/11, 64/12, 188/14, 104/15, 153/15, 192/15 and 30/16);

— License for an Authorized Real Estate Assessor issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications according to the Assessment Law (Off. Gazette of RM No 115/10, 158/11, 185/11, 64/12, 188/14, 104/15, 153/15, 192/15 and 30/16).

Техничка и професионална способност:

Minimum 1 (one) completed contract on marking roadside area subject to expropriation (Right of Way) on first category roads.

— Minimum 1 (one) contract on assessment of agricultural crops, or expert evaluation/assessment of structures in the last 3 (three) years.

— Notification on contract items that the economic operator intends to subcontract to third parties.

Key personnel:

— 1 Assessor in the field of agriculture possessing a Certificate of Assessor in the field of agriculture, according to the Assessment Law (Off. Gazette of RM No 115/10, 158/11, 185/11, 64/12, 188/14, 104/15, 153/15, 192/15 and 30/16);

— 1 Real Estate Assessor possessing a Certificate of Real Estate Assessor according to the Assessment Law (Off. Gazette of RM No 115/10, 158/11, 185/11, 64/12, 188/14, 104/15, 153/15, 192/15 and 30/16);

— Minimum 2 (two) Geodetic Engineers, BSc., possessing a License for Authorized Surveyor according to the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (Official Gazette of RM No 55/13, 41/14, 115/14, 116/15, 153/15, 192/15 and 61/16) with minimum 2 years of work experience in civil engineering field.

The economic operator shall prove that he meets the requirements of Technical and professional competence by submitting the following:

— For the minimum 1 (one) completed contract on marking roadside area subject to expropriation (Right of Way) on first category roads: Copy of the Contract and written confirmation that the services under the contract were completed on time and with high quality.

— For the minimum 1 (one) contract on assessment of agricultural crops or expert evaluation/assessment of structures in the last 3 (three) years: Copy of the Contract and written confirmation that the services under the contract were completed on time and with high quality.

For the key personnel:

— For the Assessor in the field of agriculture, provide Certificate of Assessor in the field of agriculture and copies of M1/M2 employment forms;

— For the Real Estate Assessor, provide Certificate of Real Estate Assessor, and copies of M1/M2 employment forms;

— For the minimum 2 (two) Geodetic Engineers, BSc., provide a copy of the License for Authorized Surveyor according to the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (Official Gazette of RM No 55/13, 41/14, 115/14, 116/15, 153/15, 192/15 and 61/16), copies of M1/M2 employment forms, and completed short biography forms (provided in tender documents) for the proposed experts.
