IV.2.2) Ability of the economic operator to perform professional activity:

— Document on registered activity.

— Decision issued by the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia that it is registered as a natural person or as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject matter of the agreement on public procurement.

— Approval for wholesale of medications issued by the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of the Republic of Macedonia.

The products that are subject matter of the procurement stipulated in the technical specification should be registered and approved for circulation on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Approval for placement into circulation of devices on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia or temporary approval, that is, final approval for parallel import, issued by the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of the Republic of Macedonia.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

As part of the offer the economic operator must secure a bank guarantee of the offer (guarantee for participation) in amount of at least 3 % of the total value of the offer excluding VAT.

A perquisite for signing a contract with the most favourable economic operator is providing a bank guarantee by the bidder of the execution of procurement in the amount of 5 % of the value of the contract.
