— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…

… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced

… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Balance sheet certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets, or balance sheet excerpts where the publication of the balance sheet is required under the Law of the country where the bidder is registered.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — a minimum total income of 60 000 000 MKD in the last 3 years.
Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of works performed of the same or similar nature as the area of the subject of procurement in the last 5 years, submitting at least 3 (three) concluded contracts or certificates for satisfactory performance,

— Statement concerning the technical equipment and capacity of the bidder available to him to perform the subject matter of the contract,

— Statement on the engaged expert and technical staff (regardless of whether the persons are regularly employed by the economic operator or engaged on a contract basis) for the realization of the subject of the contract, which will be directly involved in the implementation of the agreement

— A notice on the elements of the contract that the economic operator intends to assign to a subcontractor and to submit a contract concluded with the subcontractor, where the rights and obligations between the parties are regulated (submitted only if a subcontractor is engaged).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to have a working experience in the area of the subject procurement (reconstruction/maintenance of public/street lighting of minimum 5 years)

— to dispose with technical equipment for the realization of the subject of the contract, as follows:

a minimum of 2 (two) special vehicles — crane with a platform, of a height of elevation of at least 12 m, at least 1 (one) freight vehicle, at least 1 (one) van for the transport of passengers and materials, at least 1 (one) backhoe, at least 1 (one) ground compactor (frog), at least 1 (one) circular for concrete and asphalt, minimum 1 stairs with a height of at least 12 m, at least 1 (one) power aggregator of at least 15 KW

— to dispose, for the entire duration of the contract, with expert and technical staff, namely:

at least 3 (three) persons from the field of electrical engineering, out of which a minimum of 1 (one) electrical engineer with ‘B’ category authorization for performance in the field of electrical engineering, and minimum of 2 (two) persons who will work with cranes.
