— Statement by the economic operator that it has not been announced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy proceedings issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation proceedings issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities, that it was announced a minor penalty —…

… prohibition for participation in public bidding procedures, procedures of awarding public contracts as well as contracts of public — private partnership;

… temporary or permanent prohibition for performing certain activity;

— Certificate which verify that no legally effective judgment was pronounced — prohibition to carry out professional activities or duty, that is, temporary prohibition to carry out certain activity

In order to prove his capability for performing professional activity, the economic operator shall deliver a document for registered activity in order to prove it is registered as a natural person or legal entity to pursue the activity related to the subject-matter of the public procurement contract or a prove that it belongs to a professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where is registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Minimum turnover for the last three years to be 380 000 EUR.

— Positive financial working in the last 3 years.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— statements regarding the overall turnover of the company (information from the profit and loss account issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited profit and loss account) and where applicable, regarding the turnover in the field of activity covered by the public contract, for the last 3 financial years as the most of which such information is available, depending on the date on which the company was established or started operating, and depending on the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

1. Minimum 3 (three) contracts that at least 1 contract for maintenance of hardware equipment in individual worth of minimum 4 000 000 MKD in the last 3 years;

2. The candidate or engaged technical staff and technical bodies regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator, especially the people who are responsible for giving the specific service is needed to have or possess the following certificates (1 person can have more certificates):

— Minimum 1 (one) person who possess ITIL certification or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

— Minimum 1 (one) person who is certified for…

… server equipment which is a subject to maintenance IBM System x Servers with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

… server equipment which is a subject to maintenance IBM Power Systems with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

… operating system which are subject to maintenance IBM AIX with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

… hypervisor operating systems which are subject to maintenance VMware 5 Certified Professional with a certificate issued by the software manufacturer (VMware) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

… hypervisor operating systems which are subject to maintenance IBM AIX Virtualization /Power VM with a certificate issued by the software manufacturer (IBM) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

— Minimum 1 (one) person who is Administrator Certified Associate of the permanent database with any of the following certificates:

Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate, Oracle Database SQL Certified Specialist, Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop, Oracle Database SQL Expert.

— Minimum 1 (one) person who is certified for network equipment that is a subject to maintenance of the following certificates (one person can have more certificates):

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Associate –CCDA, Cisco Routing and Switching Solutions Specialist, Cisco Network Associate CCNA, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Business Value Specialist with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (Cisco Systems) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

— Minimum 1 (one) person who is certified for…

… SAN network equipment that is a subject to maintenance Cisco MDS 9000, with a certificate issued by the equipment manufacturer (Cisco Systems) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

… e-mail system that is a subject to maintenance IBM Lotus Domino with a certificate issued by the software manufacturer (IBM) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

… the mentioned EMC storage that is a subject to maintenance with a certificate issued by the manufacturer (EMC) or certification from another certification body for this field of certification.

1. The economic operator needs to have implemented a system of quality management system integration ISO 9001:2008;

2. The economic operator needs to have implemented Standards for information security ISO 27001:2013.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. Submission of list of major services of the bidders and the candidates done in the last 3 years with the values, dates and buyers (both contracting authorities or economic operators)by providing confirmation for the timely and quality performed services issued by the receiver or if such certificates cannot be provided because they are beyond the operator's control, only by its statement of services. 2. As a proof of certification the bidder should submit valid certificate and a statement or engaged technical staff and technical bodies regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator for the entire duration of the procurement.

1. A copy of the ISO certificate 9001:2008- management system quality.

2. A copy of the ISO certificate 27001:2013 — Standards for information security.
