In order to prove its personal circumstances, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— Statement of the economic operator that, within the last 5 years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her;

— Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a…

… bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent authority;

… liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority;

— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…

… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

… Persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against him/her;

— Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her.

Capability of the economic operator to perform a professional activity:

In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator has to submit the following for Lot 1: Air travel:

— Document on registered activity as proof that it is registered as a natural or legal person to perform the activity related with the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to a professional association as per the regulations of the country where it is registered;

— Licence ‘A’ or Licence ‘B’ of the travel agency (economic operator) issued by a body of the state administration competent for affairs in the field of tourism or authorised institution (pursuant to Article 25 of the Law on Tourism Activity (Official Gazette no. 62/04, 89/08, 12/09, 17/11, 47/11, 53/11, 123/12, 164/13, 27/14, 116/15, 192/15, 53/16)).

In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator has to submit the following for Lot 2: Travel insurance:

Required documents for proving the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

Economic operator shall prove the fulfilment of the minimum requirements for Lot 1: Air travel by submitting the following:

— Statement on the number of employees and list of at least 4 employees, and a copy of IATA certificate for at least 1 employee;

— Copy of the signed contract for using one of the global worldwide reservation systems Amadeus, Galileo, and other;

— Confirmation for at least 1 reservation terminal issued by NMC;

— Statement and list of at least 2 500 segments sold in the last 3 years.

For Lot 2: Travel insurance no special requirements are envisaged for proving the technical or professional capability of the economic operators.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

In order to qualify as capable to perform the respective public procurement contract concerning its technical and professional capability, the economic operator has to fulfil the following minimum requirements for Lot 1: Air travel:

— At least 4 employees, of whom at least 1 with a certificate for completed IATA training course for a global reservation system for sales of air tickets in the regular international air traffic issued by an education centre of the airline companies members of IATA;

— Signed contract for using one of the global worldwide reservation systems Amadeus, Galileo, and other;

— Minimum 1 reservation terminal;

— Minimum 2 500 segments sold in the last 3 years.
