To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement in terms of its economic and financial situation, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements.
— Report From balance sheets certified by a competent authority
— Total turnover for the last three years at least: 100 000 000 MKD.

The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the minimum requirements of technical or professional ability by submitting:
Statement hired at least 8 employees appropriate to the subject of nabvakata, at least 2 graduate civil engineers or architects by giving powers to them.
— The bidder should have owned:
— Dump trucks — minimum 2
— Roller — at least 1
— Compactor -vibro concrete slab at least 1
— Skip — at least 1
As evidenced by Statement of the economic operator and appropriate proof of ownership of the same.

To qualify as capable of performing the contract for public procurement in terms of its technical or professional ability, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:
— Bidder to hire at least eight employees of which at least 2 graduate civil engineers or architects authorization for the same
The bidder must have owned:
— Tipper truck — minimum 2
— Roller — at least 1
— Compactor -vibro concrete slab at least 1
— Skip — at least 1.
