Capacity for performing professional activity:

— To prove his capacity for performing a professional activity, the economic operator is required to submit a Business Registration Certificate (BRC) as a proof that he is registered either as a natural or legal entity for performing a professional activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract, or a proof that he belongs to a respective professional association as per the legislation of the country he is registered in.

Other requirements:

To prove his capacity for performing a professional activity (business), as per the article 10 of the Law on Private Security (Official Gazette of RM No 166/12 and 164/13), the economic operator is required to be a legal entity that can provide private security services and that meets the following conditions:

— The entity has registered its business at the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia, and

— It has obtained a license for providing private security as a service.

The economic operator shall prove that he meets the requirements listed by submitting the following:

— Copy of a business registration document (BRC form);

— Copy of a business registration document; and

— Copy of a valid license for providing private security services;

— In case economic operators submit the tender as a group of economic operators (joint venture), the capacity for performing the professional activity shall be proven with documents submitted for each JV member individually.

Technical and professional capacity:

To qualify as capable of implementing the respective public procurement contract in terms of his technical or professional capacity, the economic operator must meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum 80 official IDs issued by the Chamber of Republic of Macedonia for Private Security;

2. The economic operator shall have engaged minimum 80 employees who possess valid licenses for security services issued by the Chamber of RM for Private Security;

3. The economic operator is required to have a Security Operations Call Center 24/7 and technical equipment for communication.

— The economic operator shall prove that he meets the requirements listed by submitting the following:

1. Copy of a certificate issued by the Chamber of RM for Private Security confirming the number of official IDs issued to the economic operator;

2. Statement about the engaged technical staff of minimum 80 employees who possess valid licenses for security services issued by the Chamber of RM for Private Security;

3. Statement about having a Security Operations Call Center 24/7 and technical equipment for communication.
