— Certificate that bankruptcy proceeding is not open by a competent authority.

— Certificate that liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority.

— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established.

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal…

… entities, that it was not rendered minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding agreements on public procurement and agreements for public-private partnership.

Техничка и професионална способност:

1. Statement that the economic operator meets all requirements for the treatment of archival material in accordance with the law on archival material Article 2 point 1, 2, 5, 10, 11 and Article 34 (Official Gazette number 95/12), and Regulation for office filing Article 45 (Official Gazette number 1/14) Guidelines for the techniques of handling archival and documentary material in the office and archive operations (Official Gazette number 99/14), Article 36 and Article 40 and the rules for technical personnel and spatial conditions to meet the documentary centers for protection, preservation and use of private archival documentary material Article 2 and Article 4 (Official Gazette number 99/13);

2. Valid certificate for a certified person for management of information security and certified forms M1/M2 that prove the existence of the employment of the expert in the company;

3. The economic operator should provide an evidence that it possesses an Archival Safe in accordance with the legal acts and the by-laws on archive work by indicating a security specification of the Archive Safe signed by the manager;

4. List of performed archival services (digitalization, description and signature on documentation, selection and validation of archival materials);

5. Statement that it will provide a possibility for an insight of the complete hardware and software equipment, staff, spatial and technical compliance by means of a visit and conversation with key employees in the registered economic operators regarding the project. (The information will be kept for internal use for the purposes of the evaluation process);

— Certificate for security of information and information systems ISO 27.001.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. The economic operator must meet all requirements for the treatment of archival material in accordance with the law on archival material Article 2 point 1, 2, 5, 10, 11 and Article 34 (Official Gazette number 95/12), Decree on office and archive operations Article 45 (Official Gazette number 1/14) Guidelines for the techniques of handling archival and documentary material in the office and archive operations (Official Gazette number 99/14), Article 36 and Article 40 of the Rules and personnel technical and spatial conditions to meet the documentary centers for protection, preservation and use of private archival documentary material Article 2 and Article 4 (Official Gazette number 99/13);

2. The economic operator should possess an employee — manager on security of information and information system;

3. The economic operator should possess an archive safe (Media Vault) as a minimally acceptable standard for storage and protection of microfilm tapes;

4. The economic operator should have experience in digitalization (conversion) and archive work;

5. Provided possibility for an insight of the complete hardware and software equipment by means of a visit and conversation with key employees in the registered economic operators regarding the project. (The information will be kept for internal use for the purposes of the evaluation process).
