In order to prove its personal standing, the economic operator should submit the following document- statement that the economic operator, in the last five years has no final verdicts for participating in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or money laundering.

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for…

… committed criminal acts of the entities stating that no minor penalty banning the participation in open call procedures, awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been issued,

… criminal acts of legal entities that no minor penalty has been issued, temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular business activity,

— confirmation that no penalty sanction has been issued — ban on carrying out a profession, business activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on performing a certain business activity.

Document for registered business activity.

— Certificate of registered business activity — The economic operator is obligated to submit a valid licence to perform the energy related business activity, the supply of electricity issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia.
