In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:
— Statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;
— Confirmation from the Registry for Penalties for Committed Criminal Acts of the Legal Entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;
— Confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.
Capability for performing professional activity of the economical operator:

Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:
Lot 1:
— Experience in successfully realized contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last 3 years;
— Technical possibility to use a system for cashless payment;
— To have i.e. to provide at least 1 gas pump on the territory of Municipality of Bitola, Republic of Macedonia.
Lot 2:
— To have i.e. to provide at least 1 gas pump on the territory of Municipality of Kavadarci and at least 1 gas pump on the territory of Municipality of Negotino, Republic of Macedonia.
Lot 3:
— To have, i.e. to provide at least 1 gas pump on the territory of Municipality of Kocani, at least 1 gas pump on the territory of Municipality of Stip, and at least 1 gas pump on the territory of Municipality of Sveti Nikole, Republic of Macedonia.
Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:
— List of successfully realized contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last 3 years, including contract values, dates of concluding, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by submitting a confirmation of performed deliveries issued by the recipients, or if such confirmations cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only his statement of the performed deliveries (for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3);
