Deadline, place and manner of delivery.

The carrier of the procurement shall deliver the goods, mount them, put them into operation, complete training of the staff in instrument operation within 30 working days from the day of contract signing and shall within 7 days from the day of receipt of the request from the Contracting Authority carry out servicing visits for preventive maintenance. The carrier of the procurement shall deliver the subject of the contract at the following location: Central Laboratory of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning at 16 Makedonska Brigada Street no 18, Skopje.

The deadline and the place of delivery shall be binding. Any tender including deadline and place of delivery different than the ones specified in this paragraph shall be deemed unacceptable and rejected as such by the Public Procurement Commission.

Guarantee period.

The carrier of the procurement shall undertake to hand over to the Contracting Authority an guarantee list by which manufacturer guarantees the proper functioning of the goods for a period of 6 months from the day of its handing over to the Contracting Authority.

In case the goods do not function properly, the Contracting Authority may demand that the carrier of the procurement and the manufacturer to repair the goods within reasonable deadline of 5 days or, if not done so, to hand over other goods which function properly.

The carrier of the procurement or the manufacturer shall at their own expense transfer the goods to the place of repair or substitution, as well as the return the repaired or substituted goods to the Contracting Authority.

The rights of the Contracting Authority against manufacturer shall expire upon 6 months from the day of spare parts mounting.

Manner of payment.

The Contracting Authority shall undertake to execute the payment towards the carrier of the procurement in the following manner: within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice for completed delivery of the goods, their mounting, putting into operation, supported by receipt certified and signed by the orderer and completed training of the staff in instrument operation.

When servicing the instruments, Contracting Authority shall undertake to execute the payment towards the carrier of the procurement upon service completion within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice in the archives of the Contracting Authority and shall notify the carrier of the procurement of this in writing.

The invoice shall be accompanied by properly certified report on completed service supported by work order.

The manner of payment is binding. Any tender including manner of payment different than the one specified in this paragraph shall be deemed unacceptable and rejected as such by the Public Procurement Commission.

The tender, as well as the overall correspondence and documents related to the tender shall be submitted in Macedonian.

The financial resources for the implementation of the contract for public procurement which is subject of this procedure shall be provided by the Budget of the MEPP for 2016 for an amount of 4 700 000 denars (including VAT).
