— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;
— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;
— Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered;
— Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced —…

— Own servicing facility at disposal, i.e. provision of servicing for the motor vehicles being the subject of public procurement;

Minimum criteria to establish to establish the technical and professional capacity of the economic operator:
— List of main deliveries made in the last 3 years, with values, dates and buyers thereof (contracting authorities or economic operators), and certificates issued by such buyers or if such certificates can not be obtained due to reasons out of the economic operator's control, only its statement on deliveries made;

— Certificate that the economic operator has its own servicing facility at disposal, i.e. it shall provide servicing for the motor vehicles being the subject of public procurement for a period of;
— Minimum of 4 (four) years from the moment of delivery of the vehicles for Part I.
— Minimum of 2 (two) years from the moment of delivery of the vehicles for Part II.
