In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— Statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;
— Confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;
— Confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:
For Part 1:
— The economic operator submits M1/M2 Form for the 4 people and for each person they need to submit proof that it has a professional degree— direction Informatics (Certificate or Diploma for completed higher vocational education);
— The economic operator submits a Statement to guarantee all the time the conditions set out in the contract and the tender documentation.
For Part 2:
— The economic operator submits M1/M2 Form for the 4 people and for each person they need to submit proof that it has a professional degree — direction Informatics (Certificate or Diploma for completed higher vocational education);
— The economic operator submits a Statement to guarantee all the time the conditions set out in the contract and the tender documentation;
— The economic operator shall provide a copy of the contract and confirmation of said contract for the successful realization of sale and installation of server equipment with a reference list;
— The economic operator submits a list of employed technical staff from the employees who possess the necessary certificates or provides a Contract for hiring staff that possess said certificates. The economic operator submits proof — a copy of the certificates required. 1 person may possess at the same time more or all of the certificates.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:
For Part 1:
— The economic operator to have a minimum of 4 employees with higher vocational education — direction Informatics;
— The economic operator must at all times guarantee the conditions determined in the contract and provide a single guarantee for the period of 36 months for the offered equipment and installation.
For Part 2:
— The economic operator must at all times guarantee the conditions determined in the contract and provide a single guarantee for the period of 36 months for the offered equipment and installation;
— The economic operator must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) contract within the last 3 (three) years for the sale and installation of server equipment
— The economic operator need to have professional staff (employed or engaged) that will have the following professional certificates:
— Certificate: MCTS-Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server Virtualization — 1 person;
— Certificate: MCTS- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server Network Infrastructure -1 person;
— Certificate: MCTS-Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server Active Directory -1 person;
— Certificate: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) — 1 person.
