— Certificate that liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority;

— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Registry of Penalties for Crimes Committed by Legal…

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— The Bidder should deliver a statement about the technical equipment and ability of the economic operator for provision of the specific procurement and provision of the quality of the procurement;

— The Bidder should deliver a list of references for realized agreement for maintenance of IBM equipment within the same or similar rank, performed in the last 3 years with values, dates, users and certificates from the users on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia;

— The Bidder should deliver a list of employees with M1/M2 from the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia about the experts in the office in the Republic of Macedonia;

— The Bidder should deliver a certificate for BladeCenter Fundamentals Test, Servicing IBM System x Servers Test, issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM);

— The Bidder should deliver at least 1 of the following certificates issued by the manufacturer of the equipment (IBM):

1. IBM Certified Systems Expert — DS4000 technical;

2. IBM Certified Specialist — High-end disk for open systems;

3. IBM Certified Specialist — High end disk solutions;

4. IBM Certified Specialist — Open system storage solutions;

5. IBM High volume storage fundamentals;

— The Bidder should deliver the following 2 certificates:

1. Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate;

2. Oracle Database SQL Certified Specialist;

3. Oracle Database 11g Administration Workshop;

4. Oracle Database SQL Expert;

—The Bidder should deliver a certificate for IBM Blade Center H workshop and IBM BladeCenter Specialist, issued by the equipment manufacturer (IBM);

—The Bidder should deliver the following certificates issued by the equipment manufacturer (Cisco Systems):

1. CCNP-Cisco Certified Network Professional;

2. Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA);

3. Cisco Routing and Switching Solutions Specialist;

4. Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional;

5. Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE);

—The Bidder should deliver a certificate Cisco MDS Fabric Switch, issued by the equipment manufacturer (Cisco Systems);

—The Bidder should deliver a certificate Designing Cisco Storage Networking Solutions issued by the equipment manufacturer (Cisco Systems);

—The Bidder should deliver the following certificates issued by the software manufacturer (Vmware):

1. VSP 4;

2. VTSP 4;

3. Vmare Certified Professional (VCP 4);

— The Bidder should deliver a document by the equipment manufacturer wherewith it proves that it is a certified service center of the offered equipment on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia:

1. Valid Certificate for quality management system for system integration ISO 9001:2008;

2. Valid Certificate for implemented standard for management of IT services ISO 20 000-1:2011;

3. Valid Certificate for standards for information security ISO 27001:2013.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The Bidder should be technically equipped and capable of quality provision of the specific procurement;

— The Bidder should have minimum 1 reference for realized agreement for maintenance of IBM equipment of the same or similar rank, performed in the last 3 years with values, dates, users and certificates from the users on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia;

— The Bidder should have experts — the employees in the office in the Republic of Macedonia;

— The Bidder should have at least 1 (one) certified person for…
