— certificate issued by a competent body in the domicile country of taxes, contributions and other public fees being paid;

— certificate that it has not been stated an additional penalty —…

Required documents for proving the economic situation of the economic operator:

— completed form for the financial and economic capability;

— report on the balance sheet and/or income statement, validated by competent body, i.e. revised balance sheet, or extracts of the balance sheet statement, in instances when the publishing of the balance sheet is legally prescribed in the economic operator's domicile country.

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial standing of the economic operator:

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

To have realized minimum 5 000 000 MKD annual revenue individually for each of the last three years 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Required documents for proving the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— Certificate for services rendered issued by recipients for performed supervision of buildings in the past three (3) years with their total net area not less than 4.500m2,

— A certificate of performed quality supervision with fully integrated BMS system, issued by a former investor,

— Document issued by a competent authority for its own accredited laboratory or Contract for the use of an accredited laboratory, — Statement by the responsible person/entity that has at least four (4) full-time employees, two of them with supervision authorization ‘A’, who will be included in the supervision team by enclosing M1/M2 Forms for these persons, or a certificate from a competent authority,

— Statement by the responsible person/entity for the hiring of 16 professionals who will be responsible for providing the service, with individual stating of each person separately, their educational and professional qualifications, years of work experience, and enclosing the supervision authorization ‘A’ and certificate (for an expert in the field of safety and health at work), CV (c/v) for each person individually, who will be included in the team under subsection 2.5.1 item 5.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to have carried out supervision of construction of buildings in the past three (3) years on minimum three buildings, with a total net area of all not less than 4 500 m²;

— to have performed supervision of at least 1 (one) building with fully integrated BMS system.

1. Central management, control and surveillance of the system for ventilation, heating and cooling in any room, floor and sector; Central management, control and surveillance of the power supply, diesel generators and UPS; Central management, control and surveillance of the lighting system of the building and its illumination; Central management, control and surveillance of security systems (video surveillance, access control, alarm systems and system for recording working hours);

5. Integration of the security and PP systems (automatic fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing — sprinklers, extinguishing system with inert gas the inert, argonit etc.) with all systems in the building;

6. Central management control and surveillance of elevators and their integration in the abovementioned PP systems and access control system;

7. Central management control and surveillance of detection systems (water, metal, opening and closing of doors, windows, etc.) measurement of physical quantities of spent fuel;

— must have own or have concluded an Agreement to use an accredited laboratory for testing of construction materials;

— to have employed at least four (4) engineers, two of them with supervision authorization ‘A’, who will be engaged in surveillance team.

— The supervision team to be composed of at least 16 people — highly professional staff who will be hired for realization of the procurement and will be responsible for providing a specific service (number of engineers in phases with enclosed authorizations) for this type of supervision, with powers prescribed under the Law on Construction.
