In order to prove its personal condition the economic operator is obliged to submit the following documents:
— Statement of the economic operator that in the past five years it was not rendered a final judgment for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation by a competent organ that a…
… bankruptcy procedure was not opened;
… liquidation procedure was not opened;
— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered;
— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him;
— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed over him;
— confirmation that a final judgment — prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.
Capacity for performing professional activity of economic operator:
Document for registered activity.
1. In order to prove its capacity for performing professional activity, the economic operator should be registered as legal or natural entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement subject or an evidence that it is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it is registered.

2. The economic operator proves the meeting of the minimum conditions of sub-point 1 by submitting a document for registered activity as an evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement subject or evidence that it is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it is registered.

3. Evidence issued by a competent organ for meeting the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed by law, which are related to the public procurement subject. The economic operator should have a valid License B for performing construction of second category.

4. The economic operator proves the meeting of the minimum conditions of sub-point 3 by submitting a valid License B for performing constructions of second category issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Економска и финансиска состојба: — Income Statement (Statement of the total turnover of the company).
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — Positive balance of success for the last 3 financial years.
Техничка и професионална способност:
List of performed works of similar nature to the procurement subject in the last 5 years (with included value, period and location of performing the works) and evidence of performed minimum one photovoltaic system (minutes of technical acceptance that confirms, if everything was in order, that the contractor made and submitted complete documentation (construction paper) for everything it incorporated, the way it incorporated it and that it was tested and put into use, the supervision confirmed that it was performed in accordance to the investment and technical documentation and that the system operates regularly and the investor accepted that it is in order. 2. Statement for employed or engaged technical personnel.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
1. Experience in relevant previously performed works that were successfully realized.
2. Professional personnel, i.e. minimum 1 (one) employed or engaged electrical engineer with authorization B for performance and minimum two (2) employed or engaged electro-technicians for strong current.
Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции: Bid guarantee: yes (3 %).
Други посебни услови:
Guarantee for quality performance of the contract: yes (5 %).
Quality systems standards:
1. Certificates issued by accredited certified bodies for implementation of the following standards- Quality system standard ISO 9001-2008 or equivalent.
2 Economic operator proves the meeting of the requirement of point 1 by submitting a valid Certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, for implementation of quality system standard –ISO 9001-2008 or equivalent.
