Економска и финансиска состојба:

Balance sheets certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets, or balance sheet excerpts where the publication of the balance sheet is required under the Law of the country where the bidder is registered.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— A minimum income of 60 000 000 MKD in the last 3 years;

— Audit reports for a foreign bidder that need to be positive and issued by a renowned foreign institution, registered to perform audits. The audit reports need to contain data on the total economic operation of the foreign bidder (for the last 3 years).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of delivery of goods of the same or similar nature as the area of the subject of procurement, submitting at least 5 (five) concluded contracts and certificates for performing the services/works for reconstruction of public lighting,

— List of concluded at least 5 (five) contracts/certificates for performing the services/works for regular maintenance of public lighting,

— Statement concerning the technical equipment and capacity of the economic operator and other potential resources available to him to perform the subject matter of the contract,

— Statement on the engaged technical staff, attaching a ‘B’ authorization for the electrical engineer, and for people who will work the cranes, a certificate of competency to operate a hydraulic platform and certificates for all the persons for completed training for Safety and Health at Work.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have a working experience of performing reconstruction of public lighting (minimum 10 years);

— To dispose with technical equipment and capacity, as follows: a minimum of 2 (two) special vehicles with telescopic cranes with a fixed platform, of a height of at least 12m, at least 1 (one) freight vehicle, at least 1 (one) van for the transport of passengers and materials, at least 1 (one) backhoe, at least 1 (one) ground compactor (frog), at least 1 (one) circular for concrete and asphalt, minimum 1 stairs, minimum 12m, at least 1 (one) power aggregator, minimum 15 KW,

— To dispose with technical staff of which at least 3 persons from the field of electrical engineering, out of which a minimum of 1(one) electrical engineer with ‘B’ category authorization for performance in the field of electrical engineering, a minimum of 2 (two) persons who will work with cranes with a certificate of professional competence for handling a hydraulic platform;

— To have a working experience in performing maintenance of public lighting (minimum 10 years);

— To provide a free revision of the functionality of the set lamps at least 1/ once / quarterly, or every 3 months, and perform regular maintenance of the LED light armatures for the whole period of duration of the contract, under the conditions of the technical specifications.
