— statement by the economic operator than it has not been sentenced, in the last 5 years, with effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering.

— certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority.

— certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority.

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established.

— certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction —…

… prohibition to participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and PPP award procedures.

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity.

— certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

— — Document for registered activity.

To prove the ability for carrying out professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as a proof of being registered as a physical or legal entity able to carry out the activity related with the subject of the contract or should submit a proof of belonging to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the registration has taken place and

— possess a Type B license for projecting and submit a copy of License B for projecting.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— balance sheet income statement and success balance data issued by a competent authority;

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— total turnover in the last 3 years (2012/13/14) of 3 000 000 MKD (three million MKD).

Техничка и професионална способност:

A copy of minimum 2 (two) realized contracts (for projecting buildings, of which 1 (one) with a minimum value of 100 000 (one hundred thousand MKD), and all the included contracts should be accompanied with a copy of the certificates for quality execution of the works;

— Confirmation from the EARM (Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia) confirming the number of employees issued not earlier than 15 days from the date indicated as the deadline for submittal of bids and a copy of Licence B for projecting for the engineers.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— minimum 2 (two) realized contracts (for projecting buildings, of which 1 (one) with a minimum value of 100 000 (one hundred thousand MKD), and all the included contracts should be accompanied with a copy of the certificates for quality execution of the works (the data in the certificate should contain the subject of service / value / time of execution);

— minimum 3 (three) employees (full time) of which minimum 2 engineers (construction/architect/electrical/mechanical) which should possess License B for projecting.

Tender Guarantee: 3 %

Performance guarantee: 7 %.
