— A statement by the economic operator that it has not been imposed a legally valid court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering in the last 5 years;
— Certificate by a competent authority that a…

— Certificate by a competent authority from the country where that economic operator is registered for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties;
— Certificate by the Register of Sentences for Committed Crimes of Legal Entities that a secondary sentence…

Capacity of the economic operator for performing professional activity:

— To prove the capacity for performing professional activity, the economic operator shall submit a document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that they belong to a professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered; and

Balance sheet and income statements certified by a competent authority for the last 3 years;
The economic operator shall have a minimum of 60 000 000,00 MKD current assets from performing services related to the procurement subject in the last 3 years (2012, 2013 and 2014).

Balance sheet and income statements certified by a competent authority for the last 3 years;
The economic operator shall have a minimum of 60 000 000,00 MKD current assets from performing services related to the procurement subject, in the last 3 years (2012, 2013 and 2014).

Required documents for proving the technical or professional capacity of the economic operator:
Statement and proof of hired technical staff, for at least 10 employees, which is proven by submitting the authorizations and certificate for the total number of employees issued by the Agency for Employment of the Republic of Macedonia and by submission of M1/ M2 forms, out of which there shall be a minimum of 2 electrical engineers with Authorization — B category for construction in the electro-technical area.
