The renting of construction machinery will be at the area of activity of each separate subsidiary on the territory of Kocani, Kumanovo, Radovish, Skopje, Strumica, Berovo, Gevgelija, Ohrid, Prilep, Kavadarci, Gostivar.

In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— Statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;

— Confirmation from the Registry for Penalties for Committed Criminal Acts of the Legal Entities stating that no secondary penalty,…

… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;

… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;

— Confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

Capability for performing professional activity of the economical operator:

— Document for registered professional activity (DRA form).

The following documents are necessary in order to prove the economic capability of the economic operator:

For all parts:

To have achieved positive financial standing in the last 3 years (2013, 2014 and 2015).

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial status of the economic operator:

— Copy of the balance sheet for 2013, 2014 and 2015, verified by a competent authority, i.e., audited balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheet where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country where the economic operator is registered;

— For a foreign bidder, copy of the Audit reports, which should be positive and be issued by a foreign reputable institution, registered for performing audits. Audit reports should include information on the overall economic performance of the Foreign bidder (for the last 3 years).

Техничка и професионална способност:

Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

For Part 1 — Subsidiary ‘Bregalnica’ — Kocani:

The economic operator needs to dispose with at least 7 (seven) Excavators on tracks (caterpillars), of a power above 110KW, equipped with a bucket with a flat cutter, width over 120cm and volume over 0,5m

To have available at least 2 (two) Wheeled excavators of a power over 90KW, equipped with a bucket with a flat cutter, width over 120cm and volume over 0,5m

To have available a vehicle to transport the machines — low-bed trailer over 20 tons;

To have available a Truck with a load capacity of minimum 6 tons, equipped with a rotating hydraulic telescopic crane.

The economic operator to have available, for each machine, at least 1 (one) machinist with minimum 2 years of experience as an operator of a construction machine.

For Part 2 Subsidiary ‘Kumanovsko-Lipkovsko Pole’ — Kumanovo:

The economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) TG-80 Bulldozer ‘or equivalent ’:

To have available at least 1 (one) tipper truck with a capacity of minimum 8m

To have available at least 1 (one) loading machine with power above 50 KW, the load bucket, of a minimum capacity of 1m

To have available at least 1 (one) Excavator on…

… tracks with power above 110KW, weighing minimum 16,0t, length of arrow at least 4,0m, volume of bucket at least 0,7m

… wheels with power above 90KW, weighing minimum 16,0t, length of arrow at least 4,0m, volume of bucket at least 0,5m

To have available a minimum of 1 (one) Tractor with trailer;

To have available at least 1 (one) Motor Chainsaw with power above 1,5KW.

For Part 3 — Subsidiary ‘Radovishko Pole’ — Radovish:

The economic operator should have available at least one (1) excavator with power over 90KW, 15-20 tonnes, with a depth spoon with a capacity of the spoon of 0,5-0,8m

To have available at least 1 combined construction machine-excavator with power over 50KW, with front bucket of loading capacity of 0,5-1,0m

To have available at least 1 (one) tipper truck with a capacity of at least 8m3;

To have available a vehicle to transport the machines — low-bed trailer over 15 tons;

To have a minimum of 1 (one) Tractor with trailer.

For Part 4 — Subsidiary ‘Skopsko Pole’ — Skopje:

The economic operator should have available at least 1 (one)…

… Construction machine mini excavator with power over 30KW, with a maximum length of the grip of the arrow 4 m;

… Construction machine excavator on tracks with power above 110KW, with a maximum length of the grip of the arrow 9 m, volume of the bucket of at least 0,5m

… freight motor vehicle — truck for transport of construction machines with maximum load capacity of up to 40t:

To have available at least 1 (one) Construction machine wheeled excavator with power over 90KW, with maximum length of the grip of the arrow 6m, volume of the bucket at least 0,5m

To have available at least 1 combined construction machine-backhoe loader with power over 50KW, with front bucket of a loading capacity of 0,5-1,0m

To have available at least 1 (one) tipper truck with a capacity of at least 8m

For Part 5 — Subsidiary ‘Strumicko Pole’ — Strumica:

The economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) excavator with power over 90KW, 15-20 tons, with depth spoon of a capacity of 0,5-0,8m

To have available at least 1 combined construction machine-backhoe with power over 50KW, with front bucket of a loading capacity of 0,5-1,0m

To have available a vehicle to transport the machines — low-bed trailer over 15 tons.

For Part 6 — Subsidiary ‘Berovo’ — Berovo:

For Part 7- Subsidiary ‘South Vardar’ — Gevgelija:

To have available at least 1 construction machine — excavator with power over 50KW, 8-12 tons and bucket volume of 0,8 to 1,0 m

For Part 8 — Subsidiary ‘Crn Drim’ — Ohrid:

For Part 9 — Subsidiary ‘Prilepsko Pole’ — Prilep:

The economic operator should have available at least 2 (two) Construction machines excavator on tracks with power above 90KW, with a minimum length of grip of the arrow 9 m, weighing min./max. 15-22t, capacity of spoon of min. 0,5m

To have available at least two (2) Construction machines wheeled excavator with power over 50KW, with minimum length of grip of the arrow 6m, with a weight of min./max. 15-20t, capacity of the spoon min. 0,3m

To have available at least 2 combined construction machines-backhoe with power over 50KW, with front bucket of a loading capacity of 0,5-1,0m

To have available at least 1 (one) Construction machine bulldozer with power over 70KW, with weight min./max. 10-15t.

For Part 10 — Subsidiary ‘Tikvesh’ — Kavadarci:

The economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) tracked excavator backhoe with min. power of 100 KW, min. 1,1 m

To have available at least 2 (two) tipper trucks with a capacity of at least 10m

For Part 11 — Subsidiary ‘Polog’ — Gostivar:

The economic operator should have available at least 1 (one) wheeled excavator with min. power of…
