Ability of the Economic Operator to pursue the professional activity:

— Document on registered activity

Registered activity related to the subject of procurement is necessary — Document on Registered Activity (DRD form) and B License for contractor dealing with construction of structures of the second category in accordance with the Law on Construction.

For the purpose of proving its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— Statement by the economic operator that it has not been pronounced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal deeds done by legal entities that no sanction has been pronounced to the…

… economic operator regarding prohibition of participation in public announcement procedures, award of public contracts and public-private partnership contracts;

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Minimal average profit for the last 3 (three) years of not less than 100 000 EUR in denar equivalent (6 000 000 den.) in the field of the registered activity of the bidder — the economic operator (construction, construction-handicraft, handicraft, installation and other works for running repairs and investment maintenance of structures).

Necessary documents for proving the economic standing of the Economic Operator:

— Report on the Statement of Accounts certified by a competent authority, i.e., revised Statement of Accounts, or excerpts from the report on the Statement of Accounts in cases when announcement of the Statement of Accounts is prescribed by the law of the country where the economic operator is registered.

— Excerpt from the total turnover of the enterprise (data from the Profit and Loss Account issued by a competent authority, i.e., revised Profit and Loss Account) and where appropriate, from the turnover in the field covered with the public contract, for the last 3 financial years at the most for which such data are available depending on the date on which the enterprise was founded or started to operate and depending on the availability of such data.
